1 .Weaving
Extruded tape bobbins go into huge weaving looms to create the FIBC bag’s material in the relevant specification
2. Coating (Optional)
As per the requirement, if the FIBC bags require coating for fine powders, etc., they undergo a coating process to become sift-proof.
3. Cutting into different sizes
In the weaving loom, the material ends up as a huge roll. This roll now undergoes through a cutting process where the bags are cut into different sizes.
4. Printing Impression
The printing machine imprints impressions based on the requirements.
5. Webbing
This is where the bag takes its form with lift loops.
6. Sewing
Our highly-trained and skilled workers then sew the bags on top of the webbing to ensure the bag is sealed properly.
7. Inspection
Apart from stage-to-stage inspection, the bags undergo a final inspection to ensure it is up to standards.
8. Top-Lift Testing
Safe Working Load (SWL) is tested here with random bags to ensure the maximum rate is met or exceeded.
9. Packing
Bags then finally go into their packaging and finally into storerooms.
